Drop `symbol-munger` dependency

In the context of AccelerationNet/symbol-munger#4, @bobbysmith007, would you be willing to accept a patch that drops the symbol-munger dependency? It is only used in 3 instances and the symbols used are symbol-munger:english->lisp-symbol and symbol-munger:combine-symbols.

Please do, fork. I have very little time for lisp anymore, and I would love for people to find use in some of the stuff I spent so long working on.

I would also be willing to merge a patch removing symbol munger dependency, but I am not set up to run anything in lisp right now

Version 0.9.5 has been released. It drops the need for the symbol-munger dependency.
