lgj-abi: map lance-graph's two new Strided ExecError variants

lance-graph main added ExecError::StridedOutOfBounds and
StridedGroupWidth (LaneRef::Strided views and the MaskedStridedGroupSum
terminal). exec_error_to_status matched exhaustively, so every CI job that
builds against the live sibling failed with E0004 -- main included, on its
next run. This file lowers neither construct, so both join the
'a bug in this file' arm, like ExtentOutOfRange / ExtentUnsupported.

cargo fmt --check, clippy --all-targets -D warnings and cargo test
(196 passed) green against lance-graph origin/main.
