Subject: [PATCH] Install the Claude Code plugin with the two-step marketplace
 commands

The --marketplace flag exists only in Claude Code 2.1.292 and later.
Add the Arcade marketplace, then install arcade@arcade, matching the
Codex and Copilot CLI steps.
