wifi: brcmfmac: msgbuf: Increase RX ring sizes to 2048

New chips, bigger rings again. BCM4388 Apple firmware posts more than
1024 RX buffers, so we need to bump this up again.

This also requires increasing the number of RX PKTIDs.
