arm64: defconfig: enable Samsung PMIC over ACPM

Enable the Samsung s2mpg1x driver as this is used by the gs101-oriole
and gs101-raven (Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro) boards.

It communicates over ACPM instead of I2C, hence the additional
defconfig item.
