image present in quay.io but missing in singularity image depot

apologies that this is a cross-post, but want to make sure this issue is seen sooner rather than later.

Previously the galaxy project depot had the following urls:

• https://depot.galaxyproject.org/singularity/bioconductor-tximeta:1.20.1--r43hdfd78af_0
• https://depot.galaxyproject.org/singularity/bioconductor-tximeta:1.20.1--r43hdfd78af_1

And one of our pipeline modules was using the former as a dependency. Recently, the former went missing, but the latter remained. I can see that both are still present on quay.io, which makes me think that this is a mirror gap rather than an intentional deprecation. Would it be possible to restore the first image build?

We've temporarily relocated some old builds of BioConductor images to alternate storage to make some space as we are migrating all of the depot images to a new server, and this was one of them. I have restored the image now, please let us know if you run into additional issues.

thank you so much! do you know when the migration will be complete and if the urls are expected to change?

At present speed I'd estimate another 3-4 days. The URLs will stay the same!
