After installing Cellprofiler from source code, I followed the instructions pertaining (installing plugins with dependencies, using CP from source) https://plugins.cellprofiler.org/using_plugins.html
So far so good, now after starting test mode in a test dataset, I got an error in the (Runcellpose step) >> AssertionError: Torch not compiled with CUDA enabled .
