Error with RunCellpose module

Hello,
I get this message when opening a pipeline built a few months ago before downloading the new repository.

However, the pipeline starts and segments my images.

When selecting one of the suggested image and activating it in docker, I get this other error and the pipeline crashes.

What can I do to solve the issue?

I don't have a direct answer to your question yet, but in the meantime, can you try a workaround adding a new RunCellPose module and setting your parameters from scratch with the new module? Then deselect/remove your original module and see if the one built from scratch works?

This workaround can bypass issues of module versioning/automatic upgrade from old versions which it sounds like might be what's happening in your case.

I am able to partially replicate this error - In 4.2.6 built I added a RunCellpose module and it has the red X with the same Exception in cpmodule.test_valid but the RunCellpose module does run.

This issue contains two parts:

• The Red X is showing even if the module runs. This is because it was checking for cellpose in the python environment even when using Docker. I have fixed this in dfd7dbc
• At one point we updated the docker names to be more explicit about the Cellpose version they contain. I added this into troubleshooting docs. (ecf0167)

Both of these fixes will be merged in with #276
