Custom model use not working in RunCellpose

In RunCellpose version #276, have only tested in v3:

Red line is when I select a new model tissuenet_cp3 in the dropdown.
Orange line is when I run the step in Test mode.
Behaves as expected.

Light blue line is when I select the custom model. It's finding the model and loading it in as evidenced by it finding model diam_labels.
Dark blue line is when I run the step in Test mode - fails and defaults to cyto3 model.

Should this line be loading model_path if a custom model?

It seems to be failing the check to see it the model path exists:
