Validate minimum distance during commitment creation

User able to successfully create a running commitment but upon viewing the commitment and clicking "View Progress" I immediately view the commitment success message

This is related to the minimum distance constraint from the contract. We should prevent users from entering anything lower than that minimum distance when creating a commitment.
