How to delete project in CBM ?

I didnt see project manager in CBM UI, what alternative to delete spesific project index ?

This deletes only the index, not your repository.

UI: click the project name at the top, then Add project index. In the panel, click delete next to the project, then yes, delete the index.

CLI:

codebase-memory-mcp cli delete_project --project <name>

I tested the CLI command with v0.12.1.

how to delete all data ? i saw too much duplicates, i want start from over

To delete all project indexes, run:

codebase-memory-mcp cli --quiet list_projects --format json | jq -r '.projects[].name' |
  while read -r p; do codebase-memory-mcp cli --quiet delete_project --project "$p"; done

I tested this with v0.12.1.

To also delete the config and logs, close all agent sessions, then run rm -rf ~/.cache/codebase-memory-mcp/.
