Bug: database lock issue

I get this error randomly
Database is locked in thread 6193360896; retrying (1/3)

Description

I don't know if it's an sqlite issue on macos, or it's being misused by the package, but clearly it's coming from that.
Disabling internal cache fixes the issue.
Unfortunately I don't have anything more on the issue, except from that it specifically happens often for me with this pack : GenshinImpactMelonBreadFBP

Hi sorry for the delay in addressing this, recently migrated to linux. Once I've set up pypi access, I'll push a version 2026 :)
