Image is not captured in full resolution

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Go to Fossify Camera
2. Take a photo
3. Go to view the photo (in Fossify galley)
4. Click on properties to see image resolution

Expected behavior

Since my main sensor resolution of tablet is 13 megapixel, I expect my photos to come out in full 13 megapixel.

Actual behavior

Even though my own camera sensor in tablet supports 13 megapixel, The image captured in Fossify camera app captured only in 4.9 megapixel. I tried some other apps and those apps can capture in full resolution (13 mp). But this app can't.
