App being detected as an adware

Steps to reproduce the bug

Going to Amazon or on the phone manager
It shows that that file manager is the issue with it being Adware

Expected behavior

Opening Amazon should not cause any pop up for threat risk it does pop because it is protected by the device manager heavily

Actual behavior

There is pop up notifying about security risk when Amazon is opened

Recreated the incident
There is pop up notification on the top when amazon is clicked but it is not being shown in the video and clicking on it redirects to the phone manager application for virus protection.

I am using Obtanium linked to the github page directly for downloading latest versions.

Encountered a similar issue, did not use Amazon though, it just appeared randomly. Using Oppo A78 (ColorOS 15.0).
