Improvements to TS_CONSOLE for ad observability

Description

TS Console (sometimes called "tracer") doesn't provide completely accurate wording and is missing important features such as linking a creative in the DOM to the diagnostics menu. We need to update ts_console to provide better creative observability. Updated requirements include:

1. Assign numerical value to the creative on page to the side menu
2. Inject auction timing metrics as per PR Replace std::time::Instant in Cloudflare-reachable core code #1075 and Add auction timeline offsets spec amendment #1076
3. Label auction as SSAT, TS auction or client side auction
4. Inject winning bidder and bid price
5. Remove the 1x1 or 1 language as its every creative and not helpful
6. "Box" should be "size filled"
7. Define what is "response" and "render" and normalize against Replace constants with settings #2 but probably better to use the new auction timing metrics
