Update site content, layout, and project links

- Rewrite hero tagline and about section to remove marketing language
- Fix credential badge order: freelance first, student last
- Fix research dates: franchising to May 2025, remove ABS 3+ claim
- Strip reference footnote details, keep name/institution/date only
- Add GitHub links for all published repos (loaden_py, loaden_rs, robodash, reidfo, nlp_of_franchising_papers)
- Switch projects grid to 2 columns on desktop
- Update contact email to denis.zenios@tum.de
- Load GitHub avatar via API with DZ initials fallback
- Add autonomous outreach pipeline as proprietary project card
