Epic adds some additional risks because of their update processes, which are very different and often very result in large swaths of the game being replaced. Bears thinking on. |

when you say "it would have broke the game" do you mean you get a directstorage warning? If so, you should still get the warning for any folders on your computer. All it does is check if the folder contains For compression, you can also get compression estimates - just check your settings to make sure you have the option for "Estimate Compression For Non-Steam Games" turned on. |

i request to add this because it would be helpful to know if a game like indy jones and the great circle is safe to compress or other games like it does on steam library tab. google doesn't always give the correct answer and i almost compressed ghost of tshumia thankfully never did then found out when steam library was added it would of broke the game. side note this is great program i happy its exists a random you tube short led me to it. now when i need room i don't always have to delete games i can just compress some i know i came back to randomly like skyrim and its mod folder. thank you for making this!
