Subject: [PATCH] See #24875: Point the overture source at the STAC catalog

The pmtiles catalog returns 403, which makes current plugin versions fail to
load any default source. Plugin versions without STAC support read the new
catalog as having no overture sources; versions with it list the latest
release.
