Include a blacklist for nicknames

It would be nice if there was a nickname_blacklist option within EssentialCommands.properties to allow the blacklisting of certain phrases, words, etc.

nickname_blacklist=["bad name","example","etc"]

@arnuilmees a question: are there any chat moderation mods that you use to block these words in chat normally? I'm considering how to design this, and whether I should include hooks for sharing a list or matching logic with existing mods.

@John-Paul-R I tried taking a look and was unable to come upon anything other than Custom Names, which does include a configuration setting similar to what I suggested here. Other than that mod, I was unable to find any mods that handle chat moderation in terms of being able to moderate users sending certain words/phrases in chat.
