  • Switched Rollup to @rollup/plugin-typescript so TypeScript builds on CI; regenerated package-lock.json for npm ci.
  • Pinned vulnerable transitive floors (serialize-javascript, minimatch, js-yaml, brace-expansion) and upgraded the ESLint toolchain.
