DevTools Mobile Emulation freezes tab due to long press on navigation element (151.0.4129.101)

1. Open Microsoft Edge.
2. Open any website (the Edge start page also reproduces the issue).
3. Open DevTools (F12).
4. Enable Device Emulation (Ctrl + Shift + M).
5. Long-press (hold left mouse button for approximately one second) on an interactive element such as:
   • a hyperlink (You can test it right here!)
   • a button
   • an image wrapped in a link
6. One of two things happens:
   • the context menu opens, or
   • the page becomes unresponsive.
7. When the issue occurs, the tab no longer responds to clicks on page elements.
8. Keyboard refresh shortcuts such as F5 and Ctrl+R have no effect.
9. The page can only be recovered by clicking the browser reload button or closing the tab.

• Reproduced on multiple unrelated websites.
• Reproduced on the Edge start page.
• Reproduced with links, buttons, and linked images.
• Appears unrelated to website-specific code.
• When the issue occurs on hyperlinks, the link text is briefly selected before the page becomes unresponsive.
• The issue only occurs while Device Emulation is enabled. (Any dimension)
• Normal desktop browsing is unaffected.

Rarity: Happens in ~95% of my attempts

Just tested it across multiple machines and browsers, same issue appears on Chrome, might be a Chromium issue
