Add MiniMax Bot 0.7.2, the first package that uses the 3.1.2 Agent API and pop-out window (#26)

MiniMax Bot turns MiniMax Code into a team of Bots that chat one-on-one and in groups, hand work to
each other, and keep their own memory, scheduled tasks, and usage stats. It runs Bot turns through
context.agent (agentAccess: ["session.run"]), declares surface.window, and serves its own MCP
endpoint.

- plugins/minimax-ai/minimax-bot: the 0.7.2 package as published in the MiniMax Code marketplace,
  with an MIT LICENSE. The manifests and runtime code are unchanged.
- README: adds Install and open, Tested environment (MiniMax Code 3.1.2 on macOS and Windows),
  Data & access, Tests, and License; drops validation commands that pointed at the marketplace
  repository.
- tests/: the plugin's 16 test files with paths rewritten to the package root, plus a lockfile
  regenerated from registry.npmjs.org.
- Root READMEs: one row in each table.
