Viewing and controlling cameras

Home Assistant's current camera support is foundational: it offers basic streaming and control is limited. With the introduction of Matter cameras, we have the opportunity to improve this experience:

• Two-way audio
• PTZ (pan-tilt-zoom)
• View recordings
