Replace commercial plugins with open-source equivalents

revslider (Revolution Slider):
- Replaced hero slider on homepage with Swiper.js 11 (MIT licence)
- Swiper loaded from jsDelivr CDN, no local assets
- Slider preserves all 5 original slides with bg images, text, and CTA buttons
- Removed revslider CSS/JS tags from all 930 pages
- Removed RS_MODULES init script and bundled Font Awesome links from index.html
  (Font Awesome already loaded by theme on all pages)
- Deleted wp-content/plugins/revslider/ (1,393 files)

js_composer (WPBakery Page Builder):
- Created wp-content/js_composer_shim.css — 1KB shim covering all
  WPBakery layout classes (vc_row-fluid, wpb_column, vc_column_inner, etc.)
  Pages already use Bootstrap col-md-* classes so shim is minimal
- Replaced js_composer.min.css (488KB) link with shim link on 6 pages
- Removed js_composer_front.min.js (editor JS, not needed on static site)
- Deleted wp-content/plugins/js_composer/ (425 files)
