Add Baron Schwartz's photo to his People profile

Replaces the initials tile with the photo supplied by the team (256x256).
Also makes it the profile's share image, in place of the default cover.

He is a co-author of *High Performance MySQL* (see the [3rd edition](/resources/books/high-performance-mysql-3rd/)) and the original author of [innotop](/resources/software/innotop/), the terminal monitor for MySQL. He also created Maatkit and Aspersa, the two toolkits that Percona forked in 2011 to become [Percona Toolkit](/resources/software/percona-toolkit/).
