Add People profiles for Simon J Mudd and Baron Schwartz; link from ps-top / innotop

Simon J Mudd (ps-top) and Baron Schwartz (original author of innotop; creator of
Maatkit and Aspersa, which became Percona Toolkit; author of High Performance
MySQL). Each profile links to their project, and the ps-top and innotop pages now
link back to their author's profile. Baron's profile also links to Percona Toolkit
and the High Performance MySQL 3rd edition entry.

Simon's photo is from his public LinkedIn. Baron has no confirmed public photo or
LinkedIn URL, so his profile has no images field and renders the initials tile; his
links are X and GitHub, both confirmed. No `company` is set for either: neither
source states a current employer explicitly.

+Baron Schwartz is a database performance and scalability expert, known online as Xaprb. He is a co-author of *High Performance MySQL* (see the [3rd edition](/resources/books/high-performance-mysql-3rd/)) and the original author of [innotop](/resources/software/innotop/), the terminal monitor for MySQL. He also created Maatkit and Aspersa, the two toolkits that Percona forked in 2011 to become [Percona Toolkit](/resources/software/percona-toolkit/).
