Add Events menu and the DuckDB × MySQL Day landing page (#107)

Main menu gets Events > Events Calendar (the Resources events directory).
The landing page is converted from the supplied standalone HTML: styles are
scoped under .dmd-landing with prefixed classes, text, speakers and schedule
live in front matter, and Register buttons open a 'coming soon' dialog until a
registration_url is set. The event is also listed in the Events directory.
body/html overflow-x now uses clip so sticky elements work.
