Publish an unemployment forecast once boe-var-model#7 lands #127

Description

@vahid-ahmadi

Tracking the site side of PolicyEngine/boe-var-model#7 (unemployment is not in the 8-variable replication set; a validated path — VAR extension or Okun-style satellite — must land in the model repo first).

When it does, the site work is:

  • Extend the round JSON schema and archive a first round including unemployment (forecasts/rounds/)
  • Wire MGSX outturns (already in data/vintages/) into the scoring config so forecasts/score.py scores it like GDP/CPI
  • Add the pseudo-out-of-sample unemployment skill results to /validation/
  • Replace "not forecast by the suite yet" in the homepage at-a-glance table and add the unemployment outlook card on /economy/
