The existing "Build a custom generator" and "Build a custom renderer" need to be updated to conform with the format of the newly refactored codelabs. Namely:
- update to v13
- don't ship with
package-lock.json so that the codelabs aren't pinned to a specific minor version of Blockly
- replace extensive sample app README with simple README describing how to run the app
- update format of "Setup" page to match the other, newly refactored codelabs
The "Getting started" codelab also needs a couple of these updates (remove package-lock.json and add new README) since it was merged before the decision was made to remove package-lock from shipping with the codelabs.
