PCI: xilinx-nwl: Rename the NWL_ECAM_VALUE_DEFAULT macro

Rename the NWL_ECAM_VALUE_DEFAULT macro to NWL_ECAM_MAX_SIZE and drop
the no longer needed ecam_value variable from struct nwl_pcie.
