Merge branch 'remotes/lorenzo/pci/misc'

- Remove layerscape-gen4 dependencies on OF and ARM64, add dependency on
  ARCH_LAYERSCAPE (Geert Uytterhoeven)

- Remove obsolete HiSilicon PCIe DT description (Dongdong Liu)
