dt-bindings: iommu: renesas, ipmmu-vmsa: Update for R-Car Gen4

Since R-Car Gen4 does not have the main IPMMU IMSSTR register, update
the bindings to drop the interrupt bit number from the
renesas,ipmmu-main property.
