Merge tag 'v6.19-rc6' into tip-x86-cleanups

Pick up upstream work and

  d9b40d7 ("selftests/x86: Add selftests include path for kselftest.h after centralization")

especially which is a build fix needed for a selftests cleanup coming
ontop of this.
