HID: apple: Add "Hailuck" to the list of non-apple keyboards

Powzan keyboards KB750 and KB770 identify as
"Hailuck Co.,Ltd USB Keyboard". Adding "Hailuck" to the list
of non-apple keyboards fixes function keys for these models.
