        <problem_statement>Many small local clinics across India still operate completely offline, relying solely on walk-in patients or word-of-mouth referrals. Patients struggle to locate nearby clinics, check doctor availability, or unaware of appointments timings. This often forces them to depend on costly hospital visits. Importantly, many of these local clinics are run by experienced and highly skilled doctors who provide quality treatment at much more affordable yet they remain unnoticed and underutilized due to lack of digital presence.&#13;

<p></p><ol><li style="text-align: justify;">App Engine Studio (AES) to create custom tables for Clinic, Doctor, Patient, Appointment, and Feedback</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Portal where patients can search clinics by location or specialty, book appointments, upload prescriptions, and receive confirmation messages.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Notifications &amp; Email for automatic alerts for appointment creation, reminders, or cancellations. Notify clinics about new bookings and updates in real time.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">IntegrationHub (Future Scope) to integrate Google Maps API for nearby-clinic search </li></ol>
