Believe that all individuals have the innate power to solve important real-world problems.  This philosophy can be incorporated for a better world&#13;

Being in Tech and having a privilege of industry knowledge every skilled techies can come forward for noble cause to uplift others by sharing there  lessons learnt, skill acquired by dedicating 6-7 hrs a week by contributing there time &amp; effort for betterment of society, nation and eventually world</problem_statement>

<h3>Which ServiceNow products or capabilities would be used?</h3>
<p></p><p>A platform can be provided that brings together techies to mentor and sponsor motivated learners - upskilling them in a few months - so that they can get a creditable, well paying job.<br /><br />This requires public awareness to come forward and dedicate some time maybe a recruitment of skilled Techies or industry leaders who can show directions </p>
<p>Platform, portal as self service and automated flow to define process. A workspace or dashboard to track the progress and get the help as needed by tracking the learners journey</p>

<h3>Are there any technical dependencies for the proposed solution?</h3>
<p></p><p>Identifying the different available platforms to skill them on different technologies will be the key challenge. </p>
<p>Like for Full stack developer, Backend Developer and Front end developers how training will be facilitate and what will be the structure</p>

<h3>What challenges would you foresee in implementing this idea?</h3>
<p></p><p>Recruiting  the  techies and onboarding them to program will be challenging as they will be dedicating there time along with there current commitments.<br /><br />The sync between mentees and mentors to work together through out the program. </p>]]></solution_proposal>
