Manual resume creation is time-consuming process and often fails to highlight relevant achievements tailored to specific roles, industries, and clients.&#13;

<h3>Which ServiceNow products or capabilities would be used?</h3>
<p></p><p><strong>Data and Tables</strong> -</p>
<ul><li><strong>Use Out-of-the-Box (OOB) Tables: </strong>User, Employee Profile, Project, Skills</li><li><strong>Custom Tables / Integrations:</strong> Create custom tables for Certifications, Learnings, Achievements, Work experience, and Performance Reviews. Alternatively, integrate with existing HR systems to fetch data on demand without storing it in ServiceNow.</li></ul>
<p><strong>UI Action - </strong>Create a UI Action on the User or Employee Profile table to allow Project Managers, Resource Managers, or HR to generate resumes on demand.</p>
<p><strong>Catalog Item -</strong> Create a Catalog Item to request resume generation by end users.</p>
<p><strong>Notification -</strong> Send a notification with the generated resume.</p>
<p><strong>Flow Designer - </strong>Build a Flow to:</p>
