<h3>Which ServiceNow products or capabilities would be used?</h3>
<p></p><p><strong>EduField Sync</strong> connects the <strong>Field Service Management (FSM)</strong> and <strong>CMDB</strong> modules to create an intelligent field support network for schools.</p>
<p>Using the <strong>Service Portal</strong>, school staff can easily report issues by scanning a QR code or selecting a device from the inventory.<br />FSM automatically dispatches the nearest technician with the right skills, based on location and issue type.<br />Once the work order is completed, the technician’s mobile app updates the <strong>CMDB</strong> and <strong>Asset</strong> record with repair details, replaced parts, and photos.</p>
<p>The platform also provides dashboards showing device uptime, repair frequency, and MTTR per school, enabling proactive maintenance and smarter resource planning.</p>
