Fix search config results and SIGSEGV on Linux

- Revert virtual scroll to simple chunked DOM rendering (no cap) —
  the virtual scroll had positioning issues causing empty results
- Add @electron/rebuild as devDependency and use electron-rebuild in
  postinstall — fixes SIGSEGV caused by native modules (node-pty,
  serialport) compiled against system Node instead of Electron ABI
- Downgrade CI from Node 24 to Node 22 LTS
