GitHub does not render HTML video tags, so add an optimized demo GIF with links to the full MP4 and live app.
Add a compressed 89-second MP4 and use GitHub-native video markdown syntax so the complete demo plays inline.
Use the native GitHub video player for the complete 89-second demo instead of a GIF preview or non-rendering HTML video tag.
