[SF][ObjectPage][A11y]: Incorrect reading flow , after ObjectPageTitleHeader screenreader should move to ObjectPageTitleSubHeader to maintain the relationship.

Describe the bug

We have received a complaint from the Wipro customer regarding the reading order of the screen reader.

For example, after the name Denish Smith (displayed in the ObjectPageTitleHeader), the SR should read first to the related content, which is Senior UI Developer. Currently, the SR incorrectly moves to the Primary Action and other action buttons instead.

This issue disrupts the connection between the ObjectPageTitleHeader and the ObjectPageTitleSubHeader.

2. Run the NVDA and observe the focus order from Denish Smith to Senior UI Developer

Expected Behaviour

Expected Result: After name(Denish Smith) focus should move to relationship that is mentioned below it (Senior UI Developer)
