chore: update .fernignore to exclude replay and gitattributes files

Add entries to .fernignore so that Fern SDK regeneration no longer
overwrites local replay and git configuration files.

Key changes:
- Exclude `.fern/replay.lock` from Fern-managed files
- Exclude `.fern/replay.yml` from Fern-managed files
- Exclude `.gitattributes` from Fern-managed files
