Crash when analysing function in custom driver (provided)

• Binary Ninja Version: 5.2.8722, c75356aa
• OS: windows
• OS Version: 11
• CPU Architecture: x86_64

Bug Description:
Driver contains a function that when forced to analyze, causes binary ninja to crash.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Open the provided driver into binary ninja
2. Force analysis of function at address 0x140003690
3. Wait and observe crash

Expected Behavior:
No crash

FYI, I'm dropping the status of this from critical to Medium primarily due to the fact that it is caught by the warning and requires clicking through to actually trigger the crash. Still need to triage it but it's just not critical according to our internal definition.

As a crash I agree but note this bug prevents disassembly of the target function, so it cannot be analysed in your reverse engineering tool, which is the entire point of your tool 😅

You can analyze the function.

1. Navigate to the offending function
2. Switch to 'Disassembly' view
3. Click on the 'jb' instruction.
4. Right click and select "Halt Disassembly", or use the 'B' hotkey.
5. Then click 'Force Analysis'
