Feature request: support pairs(pairix) file format

At the moment, there isn't a Rust implementation of pairix indexing. I haven't explored to whether noodles's tabix support could be re-purposed for this, but I doubt it as I'm sure there are some significant binary differences in the index structure. If there were a separately maintained Rust library for the indexing support, we would consider it.

Thanks for the reply. In your estimation, how difficult would it be to implement this in Rust? If it's not overly complex, I can try implementing it using Claude Code.
