feat(aidd-pm): story-map skill — a backbone of activities, sliced into releases

Add a story-map skill to aidd-pm.

A story map is an artifact, not a method: a backbone of user activities, sliced horizontally into releases. That is why it earns a skill of its own, where prioritization (a method) does not.

Scope

• Build the backbone: the ordered user activities that span the product.
• Slice it into releases, thinnest viable walking skeleton first.
• Consume the stories produced by aidd-pm:02-user-stories; do not re-draft them.

Acceptance criteria

• Takes an existing story backlog as input, never invents stories.
• Produces a persisted map: backbone rows, release slices.
• A story appears in exactly one slice.
