Apparently PyYAML has removed support for Python3.4 which causes keras not to be installed, here is the issue from @tirthasheshpatel on keras.

here is the build issues of pr #1148 from here, you can see that it has only failed for Python3.4.

Stale: PR #1148 has been merged, and the failure described here was a Travis-only, Python-3.4 issue (PyYAML dropping 3.4 broke keras). Travis is gone (replaced by GitHub Actions) and CI now targets Python 3.9–3.12, so this no longer applies. Closing.
