Stale foo_flymake.pyc files are left

Sometimes the temporary flymake.pyc files are not deleted. Unfortunately I can't reproduce it, but it happens several times per week.

I wonder if setting the PYTHONDONTWRITEBYTECODE environment variable would make sense. Patches are welcome :)

I tryied running pycheckers with python -B option but without success. Do you know how to set the env variable?
