The "Current Non-Goals" section lists "Python command dispatch," "project discovery," "project activation," and "release automation around version numbers" as things not yet defined by the execution model. All four have been implemented as core Base features since 1.0.x and are thoroughly documented in architecture.md, command-reference.md, and release-process.md. This section directly contradicts the rest of the documentation and will cause confusion for anyone reading the execution model to understand Base's current capabilities.
Fix: Either remove this section entirely, or rewrite it to describe current non-goals such as Windows support, Fish shell support, or automatic directory-triggered activation.
