SQLBoiler Package docs are missing in rendered Docs

https://cloudfoundry.github.io/go-cf-api/godocs/Packages/internal/storage/db does not have a model module.

I tried to add it before but it generates a huge markdown file.
Maybe there is a way to Split this up into Files as an exception to the usual package structure.

Maybe needs an improvement of https://github.com/princjef/gomarkdoc to support templating by filename.
