Feature: Allow to configure instance event store max size

Hello.

It would be great if the value used for https://github.com/codecentric/spring-boot-admin/blob/master/spring-boot-admin-server/src/main/java/de/codecentric/boot/admin/server/eventstore/ConcurrentMapEventStore.java#L52 (and related subclasses) could be configurable with a property rather than being hardcoded to 100.

In this way, if wanted, some memory can be spared by running the compaction more often.

Hi @cdprete,

the hardcoded value 100 is only used as a fallback in the AutoConfiguration when no EventStore is provided. To avoid the AutoConfiguration creating one automatically, you can simply instantiate an InstanceEventStore with any desired size yourself.

Fair enough. It's an overkill, but indeed it's possible.
Of course, in general, we can overtake any bean with our own and redefine everything, but is this really the correct way forward you want to suggest to your consumers?
